1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 About This Policy. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar tracking technologies are, which ones TrendArcher uses, why we use them, how long they last, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains more broadly how we process your personal data. 1.2 Legal Framework. Our use of cookies is governed by the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC, as implemented in EU member states), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679), and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions including the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR. The ePrivacy Directive and GDPR work together and complement each other — the ePrivacy Directive governs when consent is needed for cookies, while the GDPR defines how that consent must be collected. 1.3 Your Consent. Under the GDPR and ePrivacy rules, non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing, and tracking) must remain blocked until the user actively opts in. Accordingly, when you first visit TrendArcher, we will present you with a cookie consent banner. Only strictly necessary cookies will be active before you make your choice. All other categories of cookies will remain inactive until you provide your explicit, informed consent through the banner. 1.4 Scope. This Policy applies to all pages and subdomains of trendarcher.com and any other digital properties operated by the Company under the TrendArcher brand.

2. WHAT ARE COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES?

2.1 Cookies. A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit it. The site uses first-party cookies (those set by a website that is being visited by the user at the time) as well as potentially third-party cookies (set by a different domain). Cookies can be stored for varying lengths of time depending on their type: Session cookies exist only for the duration of your browser session. They are automatically deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device after your browser session ends, for a period defined by their expiry date or until you delete them manually. 2.2 Similar Technologies. In addition to cookies, we may use the following similar technologies. These are subject to the same consent requirements as cookies under the ePrivacy Directive: Local Storage and Session Storage: Browser-based storage mechanisms that allow websites to store data on your device for faster retrieval, without an expiry date (local storage) or for the duration of a session (session storage). Web Beacons (Pixel Tags): Web beacons are tiny graphics with a unique identifier used for analytics purposes and to develop, test, and improve services. They can only collect limited information including a cookie reference, time and date of a page view, and a description of the page on which the web beacon resides. Device Fingerprinting: A technique that identifies a device based on its technical characteristics (browser type, screen resolution, installed fonts, etc.). We do not use device fingerprinting on TrendArcher. 2.3 What Cookies Cannot Do. Cookies cannot execute code, carry viruses, or access other information on your device beyond what the website has stored. They cannot read files from your hard drive or access data from other websites you visit.

3. CATEGORIES OF COOKIES WE USE

We use four categories of cookies, described below. Strictly necessary cookies are always active. All other categories are only activated with your consent.

Category 1: Strictly Necessary Cookies

Consent required: No — these are always active

These cookies are essential for the Platform to function and cannot be switched off. They do not store any personally identifiable information beyond what is technically necessary. You cannot opt out of these cookies through our cookie banner; if you wish to disable them you must use your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from logging in or using the Platform.

Category 2: Functional Cookies

Consent required: Yes

These cookies remember choices you make to improve your experience on the Platform. They do not track your behaviour across other websites. Disabling them will not prevent you from using the Platform but may reduce convenience.

Category 3: Analytics Cookies

Consent required: Yes

We use first-party analytics to understand how users interact with the Platform in aggregate. This helps us identify which features are most used, detect errors, and prioritise improvements.

What we do NOT do with analytics cookies:

We do not use Google Analytics or any Google advertising product We do not use Meta Pixel, Twitter Pixel, or any social media tracking script We do not share analytics data with third-party advertising networks We do not use analytics cookies to track you across other websites We do not build individual user profiles for marketing purposes All analytics data collected is pseudonymised and used only for aggregate, internal analysis.

Category 4: Marketing and Advertising Cookies

Consent required: Yes — but see note below

TrendArcher does not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. We do not display advertising on the Platform, we do not use remarketing or retargeting technologies, and we do not share user data with advertising networks. This section is included for completeness and transparency, and to document our commitment. We specifically do not use: Google Ads, Google Display Network, or DoubleClick cookies Meta (Facebook) Pixel or Meta Ads cookies LinkedIn Insight Tag Twitter/X Pixel Any affiliate tracking cookies Any cross-site behavioural tracking technology If this changes in the future, we will update this Policy and request your explicit consent before deploying any marketing cookies.

4. THIRD-PARTY COOKIES

4.1 Current Position. TrendArcher does not currently embed third-party scripts, social media widgets, video players, or other third-party content that would set cookies on your device without your knowledge. We have made a deliberate architectural decision to minimize third-party dependencies that could result in unauthorized tracking. 4.2 Third-Party Services We Use. The following third-party services may set limited cookies or use similar technologies in the course of providing their services. We have entered into data processing agreements with each of them: Error Monitoring: We currently capture technical error information using our own internal logging on our own servers. We do not currently use a third-party error monitoring service, and no error data is shared with external error-tracking providers. No personally identifiable account data is included in our error logs. Payment Processor: When you proceed to checkout or manage your subscription, our Merchant of Record payment processor may set cookies necessary to process your payment securely and to prevent fraud. These cookies are strictly necessary for the transaction and are set by the payment processor's own domain. They are governed by the payment processor's own cookie and privacy policies. 4.3 Future Third Parties. If we add any new third-party service that sets cookies on your device, we will update this Policy, accordingly, categorize the cookies correctly, and — where required — obtain your consent before the cookies are set.

5. YOUR CONSENT — HOW IT WORKS

5.1 First Visit. When you first visit TrendArcher, you will see a cookie consent banner. The banner will: Clearly explain that we use cookies List the categories of cookies we use Allow you to accept all categories, reject all non-essential categories, or make granular choices per category Link to this Cookie Policy for full details Present "Accept All" and "Reject All" options with equal visual prominence A "Reject All" button must be present on the first layer with equal prominence to the "Accept All" button. We comply with this requirement. You will not be required to accept non-essential cookies as a condition of accessing the Platform. 5.2 Granular Choice. GDPR and ePrivacy require specific, unbundled consent — users must be able to accept analytics while rejecting marketing cookies. Our banner allows you to make independent choices for each cookie category (Functional, Analytics). You are not required to accept all categories together. 5.3 Valid Consent Requirements. In line with GDPR Article 4(11), your consent is valid only if it is: Freely given: You can use the Platform without accepting non-essential cookies (except for strictly necessary cookies) Specific: You consent to each category separately, not to cookies in general Informed: You can read this Policy and the banner descriptions before consenting Unambiguous: Consent is recorded only through a clear affirmative action. Consent must be given through a clear affirmative action. There must be no ambiguity about whether the user has agreed. Pre-ticked boxes and implied consent ("by continuing to browse...") are not used 5.4 Consent Records. We maintain a consent log recording: the date and time consent was given or updated; which banner version was displayed; which categories were accepted or rejected; and a pseudonymous identifier linking the consent record to the session. These records are retained for 3 years as evidence of compliance. 5.5 Withdrawing or Changing Consent. Users should be able to easily withdraw or adjust consent at any time. You can update your cookie preferences at any time by: Clicking the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page on the Platform Clicking the "Manage Cookies" button in your account settings Clearing your browser cookies (this will reset your consent preferences and you will be shown the banner again on your next visit) Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that took place before withdrawal.

6. HOW LONG DO COOKIES LAST?

Cookie durations are set out in the cookie tables in Section 3 above. As a general guide: Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser Preference and consent cookies typically last 12 months, after which you will be asked to renew your consent Authentication cookies last for your chosen session duration (session only, or up to 30 days if you select "Remember me") Analytics cookies last for up to 12 months We review and audit our cookie inventory at least once every 12 months and update this Policy if any changes are made.

7. MANAGING COOKIES THROUGH YOUR BROWSER

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. The following links provide guidance for the most commonly used browsers:

Google Chrome: support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647

Mozilla Firefox: support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enhanced-tracking-protection-firefox-desktop

Apple Safari: support.apple.com/guide/safari/manage-cookies-sfri11471

Microsoft Edge: support.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/delete-cookies-in-microsoft-edge

Opera: help.opera.com/en/latest/web-preferences/#cookies

Important: Disabling strictly necessary cookies through your browser will prevent you from logging in and using the Platform's authenticated features. Disabling functional or analytics cookies will not prevent Platform access but may reduce the quality of your experience. Most browsers also support Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Because there is no consistent industry standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. You can control non-essential cookies at any time through our cookie consent controls and your browser settings as described above.

8. JURISDICTION-SPECIFIC INFORMATION

8.1 European Union and European Economic Area. The ePrivacy Directive and GDPR apply in full. All non-essential cookies require your prior, explicit, and informed consent. We comply with the requirements of each EU member state's implementation of the ePrivacy Directive. If you are located in an EU member state where additional requirements apply (for example, specific rules on cookie walls or consent-or-pay models), those requirements are reflected in the banner presented to you. 8.2 United Kingdom. UK GDPR and PECR apply. The requirements are equivalent to EU law for cookie consent purposes. The UK Data Use and Access Act amendments from June 2025 introduced five narrow exemptions for low-risk cookies, but core analytics and advertising cookies still require prior, explicit consent. Our UK visitors are presented with the same consent banner as EU visitors. 8.3 United States. No federal law in the United States currently requires opt-in consent for cookies. However, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) require us to disclose our data practices and provide opt-out rights for the sale or sharing of personal data. We do not sell personal data. Californian users may submit data requests under CCPA/CPRA by emailing . 8.4 Other Jurisdictions. We apply our GDPR-standard consent framework to all users globally, as it represents the highest standard of user protection. Users in jurisdictions with less stringent cookie rules benefit from the same level of transparency and control.

9. COOKIES AND CHILDREN

The Platform is not directed at persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly use cookies to collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided cookie consent on our Platform, please contact us at .

10. CHANGES TO THIS COOKIE POLICY

We review and update this Cookie Policy at least once every 12 months, or whenever we add, remove, or change any cookie or tracking technology in use on the Platform. When we make changes, we will: Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document Display a notice on the cookie consent banner informing returning users of the change Where changes affect cookies that require consent, ask you to renew your consent before the new cookies are set We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about our use of cookies.
